Abstract

From the viewpoint of construction enterprises problems existed in project cost management in construction enterprises are analyzed and discussed from cost accounting in construction preparation stage,construction stage and final account stage.Author points out that cost control should follow the principle of dynamic control in order to reduce cost and increase economic benefits as well as competitive power for construction enterprises.
