Abstract

The article analyzes the overall-process management of construction cost of construction enterprises from that at the stage of tender offer,the stage of signing contract,the construction stage,and the stage of final account,and points out that construction enterprises should apply a number of methods and measures,strengthen cost management,and explore new methods and ways to reduce construction cost,in order to improve construction cost management level of construction enterprises.
