Abstract
According to the characteristics as high oxidation rate of the concentrate, the alkali leaching experiments at the atmospheric pressure to leach has been formulated, the molybdenum leaching rate achieved above 95%,the molybdenum oxide probably leached completely. At the same time, the continual leaching experimental has been conducted, result indicated that the sodium carbonate impels the molybdenum leaching in the leaching process but has not consumed, therefore, the multistage continuous leaching process bas been formulated, which reduced the sodium carbonate consumption obviously and enhanced the molybdenum density of leaching solution.
