Abstract

The high pressure leaching process with sodium carbonate used as the leaching regent is applied to treat the oxidation molybdenum concentrates with low content of molybdenum and high content of calcspar. The results show that the optimal quantity of sodium carbonate is 1 time of its theoretical value, the optimal leaching time is 1 h,the optimal leaching temperature is 160 ℃ and the liquid-solid ratio is 1.5.The leaching rate obtained is above 97% under the optimal leaching condition.
