Evaluation the application of comfort nursing in patients with acute myocardial infarction effect

Objective To explore the application of comfort care in patients with acute myocardial infarction effect.Methods Randomly selected in 2010 January to 2012 January in our hospital treated 100 cases of patients with acute myocardial infarction,which were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 50 cases in each group,implement comfortable nursing to the observation group,and routine nursing was only applied to the control group,the nursing effect comparison was doing.Results Of 2 groups of patients after admission were compared;the observation group of patients which the anxiety was significantly lower than the control group,the nursing work satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the control group.Conclusion The development of comfortable nursing on patients with acute myocardial infarction can make the treatment compliance of patients to be enhanced,and the state best,is conducive to improve the psychological adverse events in patients with acute myocardial infarction,reduce the incidence of complications,improve the quality of life of patients,improve patient and family satisfaction on nursing service.
