The clinical curative effect of high quality nursing care for patients with acute myocardial infarction

Objective To explore the quality of nursing for acute myocardial infarction patients life quality and treatment effect. Method selection of almost a year in our hospital for treatment of 100 patients with acute myocardial infarction(mi) as the research object, it can be divided into control group and experimental group 50 cases each. In the control group with routine nursing care, in the experimental group with high quality nursing care. The comparative analysis of two groups of patients with anxiety state score and QOL scores. Results the experimental group after nursing the patients with anxiety score(3.56+/- 1.56), QOL score(39.65+9.77) were significantly better than the control group(7.46+7.46+/- 1.64, 7.46). And the experimental group patients before it's time to bed(24.9+/- 2.5) significantly lower than the control group patients(69.4+3.6) before it's time to bed. Differences between the two groups, the statistical significance(P0.05). Conclusion high quality nursing care can significantly improve the quality of life of patients with acute myocardial infarction(mi), improve the condition of patients with acute myocardial infarction, worthy of further promotion in clinical application.
