Analysis of the Application Effect of Clinical Nursing Path on 86 Cases with Acute Myocardial Infarction

Objective To explore the application effect of clinical nursing path on 86 cases with acute myocardial infarction so as to provide a reference for future clinical practice.Methods 86 cases with acute myocardial infarction admitted in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2013 were selected as the subjects and divided into two groups in accordance with different method of nursing.Patients in the control group were given the clinical conventional nursing care,while those in the observation group were given the clinical nursing path care.And the nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was obviously higher than that of the control group(P0.05);the length of stay,incidence of complications was much less than that of the control group,respectively,the differences were statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway has good application effect on patients with acute myocardial infarction,which can improve the quality of life,shorten the length of stay,reduce the incidence of complications and enhance nursing satisfaction,therefore it is worthy of wide application and promotion in clinical practice.
