Abstract

Whether the ruling is legal or not decides the existence of a ruling party.Deng Xiaoping had been making efforts to safeguard and construct the legal ruling of the Party by analyzing the nature of legal ruling from four aspects,namely the relations between history and the people;democracy and the ruling;the economic development and the ruling;the legalized society and the ruling.His thoughts of the Party legal ruling are full of great significance and distinctive features.
