Abstract
Major factors to restrict innovative talents training in universities include the thinking and mode of examination-oriented education,the excessive administrative system,the pragmatic assessment mechanism and the separation between teaching and production practices.To strengthen the innovative talents training,it is necessary to establish the innovative-education concept,to promote the reform of curriculum and teaching conducive to the cultivation of innovative talents,improve the assessment mechanism of university teachers and college students,to create the environment of innovative talents training in close connection with higher education and social production practice,and to offer universities the autonomy of innovative talents training.
