Abstract

Innovative talent is the intellectual support and the urgent need of building an innovation oriented country, as the colleges and the universities are the main battlefield of the cultivation of innovative talents, how to cultivate innovative topnotch talents relates to the core competitiveness of universities, enterprises and the national. According to the current training mode of innovative talents, there are five aspects to explore the problems of cultivating innovative talents, which are about university student accommodation distribution, teaching methods, teaching plan and teaching materials, establishing enterprise joint cultivation mechanism and innovative teachers
