Abstract
Aim:The hydrolysis conditions of the preparation of compound amino acids from defatted soybean by hydrochloric acid are optimized. Methods:Orthogonal test method. Results:When the ratio of the acid volume to the raw material mass is 3:1,the concentration of hydrochloric acid is 6 mol/L and the hydrolysis time is 10 hours. The best hydrolysis result can be obtained. Conclusion:Under certain condition, defatted soybean is hydrolysized to yield most compound amino acids by hydrochloric acid.
