Abstract
The study discusses the optimal condition of hydrochloric acid hydrolysis of defatted silkworm chrysalis by orthogonal tabel L9(34). The results showed that: solid-liquid ratio was 1∶6, the concentration of acid was 6 mol/L, hydrolysis temperature was 103 ℃, hydrolysis time was 18 h, which were the optimum conditions, the recovery of compound amino acid was 31.62%.
