Abstract
Optimization of the conditions for sulfuric acid hydrolysis of defatted soybean (soybean meal) showed that the highest hydrolysis(93.5%) was achieved and most compound amino acids were yielded under the following conditions: the ratio of acid volume to raw material mass 3:1,concentration of sulfuric acid(w/w) 20% and hydrolysis temperature 120℃.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
