Abstract
Fungal strains preserved in our lab were screened in tannic acid-containing PDA plates, then the laccase activities of these strains were determined by guaiacol.A Ganoderma lucidum strain with high yield of constitutive laccase was obtained.Study of laccase production in the liquid culture of the Ganoderma lucidum strain showed that maltose as carbon sources and ammonium sulfate as nitrogen sources were superior to other sources, and they were more suitable for the laccase secretion from the strain. The optimal fermentation conditions for producing laccase were as followings:50 mL in 250 mL flask, initial pH of 6.0,30 °C,the rotation speed of 120 r/min.
