Abstract
To guaiacol and α-naphthol as the substrate,8 kinds of Laccase-producing microorganisms were screened from soil samples collected from many spots in Henan province and the fermentation conditions of laccase production were investigated.According to the size of color circle and color shades, strain WJ6 that produce high level of laccase activity was selected to further study. The strain was identified as Trichoderma viride. For laccase production, the optimal carbon and nitrogen source were glucose and NH4Cl respectively, and the suitable culture temperature was 30℃ and pH=4.0,the best concentration of Cu2+ supplied was 60 μmol/L.Under this condition for 7d,laccase enzyme activity is biggest and can reach 256.6U/L.
