Abstract
The essential influence of new public administration upon administration law system exists as follows: while traditional administrative system and law are carried on, non governmental public administrative departments, namely, third organization, is fostered. Administrative behavior system should respond to comparatively man centered new public administrative concept, and pay attention to the sense of participation and democratization and apply non forced administrative behavior. The rise of administrative procedural system is another reflection of the influence of new public administration theory on administrative law system. It is the necessary requirement of new public administration when administrative law supervision and administrative relief system are strengthened, and the object of supervision and the extent of administrative litigation are enlarged.
