The Development of Administrative Reform and Administrative Law

Administrative law is about the rules of public administration,which should reflect the development of public administration and respond in time the public administrative reform.Reviewing the development of administrative law,we could find such a fact: our knowledege of administrative law has rooted in every level of public administration.New public management is now challenging the old mold of administrative law.Administrative law should reflect this new challenge,while,at the same time,lead the public management reform in order to keep balance between public intrest and private intrest.
