Administrative Law and Public Administration

The paper examines the developments in the administrative law and the public administration in Croatia, with special emphasis on the administrative procedure, the administrative disputes, the system of public administration, functioning and principles of public adminsitration. The issues of fragmentation and coordination in public administration are analysed, as well as the issues of regulatory management, self-regulation of professional association and the information society and e-government.
