Clinical Efficacy of 65 Cases of Hypertensive Acute Left Heart Failure Treated with Sodium Nitroprusside

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of 65 cases of acute left heart failure with high blood pressure treated with sodium nitroprusside.Methods 130 cases were randomly divided into treatment group(65) and control group(65):patients were treated with sodium nitroprusside in the treatment group but with nitroglycerin in the control group.Results The patients in sodium nitroprusside treatment group improved more remarkably after treatment in clinical remission rate,respiration,heart rate,blood pressure and so on than in the control group,the difference had statistical significance(P 0.01).Conclusion Sodium nitroprusside is an effective drug for treatment of hypertensive acute left heart failure,but strict controlled measures must be taken to ensure its safe and effective use.
