Analgesic Efficacy Comparison between Flurbiprofen Axetil and Tramadol in Patient Controlled Intravenous Analgesia

Abstract

Objective To compare the analgesic efficacy between Flurbiprofen Axetil and Tramadol in patient controlled intravenous analgesia(PCIA).MethodsSixty patients undergoing general anesthesia were randomly divided in two 2 groups(n=30).Group A administered with Tramadol 600 mg/kg+Fentany 7 μg/kg+0.9% NS go to 100 ml,and Group B with Flurbiprofen Axetil 150 mg+ Fentany 7 μg/kg+0.9% NS go to 100 ml.PCIA was performed in both groups,and each injection last 15 min with a dosage of 2 ml/h.The pain,sedation,nausea and vomiting score were carried out on 4 h,8 h,20 h,24 h and 48 h after operation,and the blood oxygen,heart rate,respiratory frequency were recorded too.ResultsThe satisfaction about analgesia effect in group A was better than group B(P0.05),and the incidence of adverse reaction such as nausea and vomiting in group B was lower than that of group A(P0.05).ConclusionFlurbiprofen axetil have a ideal curative effect for PCIA with a lower incidence of adverse reaction as compared with Tramadol.
