Efficacy of short-term insulin pump treatment of type 2 diabetes

Objective To discuss the effects of short-term insulin pump treatment of type 2 diabetes. Method Total 280 cases of type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The control group was treated with conventional subcutaneous insulin injection for several times,and the treatment group was treated with continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion pump.Results After treatment,fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2 h plasma glucose of the two groups were significantly decreased,the difference was significant compared with before treatment(P0.05);Insulin dosage,time required,low blood glucose reaction rates in the treatment group were significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion Short-term insulin pump treatment of type 2 diabetes is more in line with physical,with the advantages of fast,safe,reliable,convenient,flexible,and worthy of be popularized.
