Research on the effect of psychological intervention on the rehabilitation to patients with stroke

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the effect of psychological intervention on the rehabilitation to patients with stroke.Methods:Eight-four cases with stroke were randomly assigned into treatment group and control group.We compared the differences between two groups before and after treatment in anxiety,depression,SCL-90 symptom scale and stroke CSS scale score.Results:All the indicators from treatment group were significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=5.427,t=5.238,t=2.98,t=3.55;P0.05).Conclusion:The psychological intervention to patients with cerebral apoplexy can significantly reduce the patients' negative emotion and improve treatment effect.It is conducive to the patients' rehabilitation.
