Abstract
[Objective]To analyze the psychological characteristics of stroke patients and conduct some psychological interventions on functional rehabilitation.[Methods]80 patients met the diagnostic criteria of stroke patients with hemiplegia were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,40 patients in each group.Control group received conventional drug therapy and neurological rehabilitation,the treatment group was given these treatment,besides the psychological intervention.The mental health and activities of daily living(ADL)of patients in the two groups were assessed with Symptom Checklist(SCL-90)and Barthel Index.[Results]SCL-90 and Barthel index in treatment group before and after treatment were significantly different(P﹤0.05);after treatment,two kinds of indictors were better than in the control group(P﹤0.05);the SCL-90 showed no significant difference in the control group before and after treatment(P﹥0.05).[Conclusion]Stroke patients given conventional therapy and timely and appropriate intervention can improve the functional rehabilitation effects,reduce disability and improve quality of life.
