Abstract
In order to adapt and promote the reform and development of basic education and raise the education and teaching quality in higher normal education,we should focus on the value orientation in curriculum structure to solve problems existing in teacher education on four course systems in place of the current course system.An introduction to the characteristics of the new course systems is proposed.
