Abstract
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect and indication and its nursing care of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy(MPCNL)guided by ultrasound in the treatment of renal calculi.Methods Thirty patients with renal calculi treated with MPCNL guided by ultrasound were retrospectively analyzed.Results The successful rate of which the introducer needle tip was correctly positioned at the target inside kidney was 96.8%(30/31),and the catheter was placed satisfactorily was 93.5%(29/31).All the cases were free from block after operation.Conclusion MPCNL,with the merits of the high successful rate and less trauma,is a safe,effective treatment for renal calculi,and it is worthwhile to be widely used.
