Abstract
Objective To study the relationship between coronary artery lesions and plasma brain satisfied urinary peptide(BNP) levels. Methods The treatment coronary angiography in hospital from February 2008 to February 2009 has been diagnosed,96 patients with coronary heart disease as the study group, while the same period 36 cases of patients with non-coronary artery stenosis as the control group.2mL venous blood in patients was extracted in both groups in the preoperative fasting state censorship, and plasma BNP values measured with immunoradiometric assay methods. Results The study group of patients with BNP water averaged significantly higher than that in the control group(P0.05),mean BNP levels of the three patients with lesions in the study group was significantly higher than the two single lesions(P0.05).Conclusion BNP can be used as a plasma marker to predict the extent of coronary artery disease.
