Influential Factors and Countermeasures of Teaching Quality in Colleges and Universities

Teaching quality in colleges and universities has caught much attention with the development of higher education.This paper from three aspects of the teacher,the student and the teaching supporting environment,puts forward 8 primary indexes and 14 secondary indexes which constitute the influential factors on teaching quality in colleges and universities.Then,through the form of data collection,interview and questionnaire,it points out the main problems on the teaching quality in colleges and universities.Finally,it puts forward some countermeasures,such as construction of teachers' team,construction of studying style,establishment of teaching archives and making full use of library network resources,etc.
