The Study of the Predicament and Countermeasures of the Teaching Quality Management of New Private Universities

The quality of teaching is related to the schooling quality of private universities and the future and destiny of the universities.Currently,improving the quality of teaching has become the focus and difficult problem of private universities.By analyzing the current development status of the new private universities as well as students,faculty,staff,teaching resources,etc.,this article finds out the root that affects the quality of teaching.Based on the teaching management practices for many years and combined with the related theories of teaching quality assurance,it also proposes the teaching ideas and specific measures to assure the teaching quality which are not only consistent with the current development of private universities,but also follow the objective laws of education management.On the one hand,it adapts to the needs of the development of private universities,on the other hand,it lays a foundation for assessing the teaching quality in universities from the Ministry of Education.
