Abstract
Taking a wild Grifola frondosastrain as material, the effect of different liquid medium on mycelial biomass was studied by using orthogonal design method in this paper. The results showed that the optimum liquid medium composition were sucrose 25g/L,wheat bran 20g/L,MgSO4·7H2O 2.5g/L,corn flour 4g/L,yeast powder 2g/L,KH2PO45g/L and vitamin B10.030g/L,natural pH,through culturing for 10 dat 24℃,the biomass of Grifola frondosa reached10.41g/L.
