Strategies of Realizing Transformation of Henan Low Carbon Economy

Low carbon economy is an only way to deal with global warming,and is an effective approach to speed the transformation of economic development.Now the main impediments to low carbon economy are irrational energy consumption structure,limited research and innovation capacity,low-end industrial division,etc.Henan Province should support innovation and application of low carbon technology,optimize industrial structure to promote transformation to low carbon industry,arouse overall environmental awareness of the public to practice low carbon lifestyle,improve legislation on low carbon to transformation,and quicken the change and upgrading of economy.
