Study on Innovation and Development of Low Carbon Technology of Chinese City

City is being the major body to response to the climate changes and developing low carbon economy;and development and innovation of low carbon technology is the determinant factor for low carbon economy and development of low carbon city.Through analysis of application of low carbon technology in Chinese city,some strategies of innovation of low carbon technology of city are put forward,such as intensifying independent innovation;strengthening international cooperation and policy support;perfecting the intellectual property system benefited to innovation of low carbon technology as well as constructing innovation system of low carbon technology.
