Abstract
By using light microscopy, fluorescence microscope,MTT reduction assay and flow cytometry, the apoptosis of HeLa cells treated with arsenict rioxide was detected. The cells treated with arsenict rioxide showed a typical apoptotic morphology.Arsenict rioxide could significantly inhibit the proliferation of HeLa cells in a dose-dependent manner.Data from flow cytometry showed that arsenict rioxide induced apoptosis of HeLa cells in a dose-dependent manner.Arsenict rioxide can induce HeLa cells apoptosis in a dose-dependent manner.
