Abstract
Purpose: the synthesis and technology of urea phosphate from urea and wet process phosphoric acid had been studied in the paper.Method: the optimal operation conditions were determined through orthogonal experiment and analysis of reaction temperature,reaction time,the mol ratio of urea to wet process phosphoric acid and the reusing of mother liquor.Result: the optimal operation conditions were: reaction temperature was 70 ℃,reaction time was 35 min,the mol ratio of urea to wet process phosphoric acid was 1.05∶ 1.Conclusion: requiring chroma of phosphoric acid and its cost of production on the technology of urea phosphate with wet process phosphoric acid were low.In the production,mother liquor was reused and letting of flotsam was to the dropped lowest.
