Abstract
The synthesis and technology of urea phosphate from urea and wet process phosphoric acid had been studied in the paper. Through orthogonal experiment the optimal operation conditions were determined and analysis of WPA concentrate, reaction temperature, reaction time, the mol ratio of urea to wet process phosphoric acid and active agent. Optimum technology conditions of were: reaction temperature was 75 ℃, reaction time was 60 min, the mol ratio of urea to WPA was 1.05∶1.
