Abstract

Based on the orthogonal experiment, the optimal process conditions of preparing urea phosphate from wet-process phosphoric acid are obtained. The result of variance analysis shows that the influence of phosphoric acid concentration on yield of urea phosphate is very notable. The effects on the yield of urea phosphate are listed in the following decreasing order: concentration of phosphoric acid reaction temperature crystallization time reaction time the molar ratio of phosphoric acid to urea. The optimal technology parameters are as follows: reaction temperature 70 ℃,reaction time 60 min, concentration of phosphoric acid 70%,n(phosphoric acid)/)n(urea)=1∶1,crystallization time 8 h.The yield of urea phosphate could reach 80.70%.The optimal parameters can be used in the production of urea phosphate, which has a certain theoretical and practical value.
