Abstract
As the most important estuary of Northeast of China,Dalian Port and Yingkou Port had changed several times during their history.Based on the location、policy、service and other influence factors,this article analyzed the status changing between this two ports and the important influence of regional economical development.Furthermore,it put forward that functional position and development strategies should be built to the International shipping center of Northeast Asia,and competition and cooperation should be taken for joint development.
