Abstract

This paper analyses the development of Dalian Port and its interland economy, and expounds that Dalian Port faces a fierce competition in way of developing Dalian Port into the container hub of northern China. Based on the comparison with Qingdao Port and Tianjin Port, the paper puts forward the main measures for the development of container transportation of Dalian Port.
