Abstract
The pesticide residue and pesticide degradation of organophosphorus carbonate were introduced, then the fresh sample of vegetables from the fields and markets were examined with RP508 rapid testing of pesticide instrument. The results indicated that the qualified percentage of pesticide residue of field vegetables was 95% ,and that of vegetable market was 70% . According to figure of sample, the qualified percentage of pesticide residue was 83. 33% ,but according to kinds of vegetables, the qualified percentage was 73. 30% , and the effect reflected that qualified percentage of pesticide residue of non - leaves vegetables was higher than that leaf vegetables.
