Abstract

In order to understand the status of organophosphorus pesticide residues in vegetables in Guizhou province,GC-MS was applied to determine the pesticide residue in 4835vegetable samples collected from pollution-free vegetable producing bases, open markets, supermarkets, wholesale markets and so on.The results showed that:the excessive rate of organophosphorus pesticide residues has decreased from 8.74%to 1.40% between 2006and 2012,which was on declining curve, indicating apesticide residue was improved year by year. The detectable rate and excessive rate of pesticide residue in vegetables were declined;and the kinds of pesticide transferred from high-toxic pesticide, forbidden pesticides to low-toxic pesticides, such as chlopyrifos, cypermethrin, fluorine cypermethrin, chlorothalonil;the excessive rate of organophosphorus pesticide residues in cabbages and green-leave-vegetables were highest, the excessive rate in legume vegetables and melon vegetables were lower. The current situation of pesticide residue in vegetables in Guizhou province was analyzed, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were put forward.
