Abstract

Objective To investigate the cystoscope sheath or resectoscope Holmium laser ureteroscopic treatment of bladder stones and perioperative nursing care. Methods From January 2011 to January 2013,103 patients of bladder stones were treated with holmium laser lithoclasty by cystoscope or resectoscope. 98 male and 5 female, aged 57 ~ 86 years, mean 72. 6 years old. Of which 90 cases with benign prostatic hyperplasia,89 cases of multiple stones, single stones in 14 cases. bladder lithotomy position taken by the F24 cystoscope or resectoscope sheath into Tiansong F8 ureteroscopy,by ureteroscopic holmium laser fiber operating channel placement,Ellik washed out of the debris. Meanwhile,Patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia accepted transurethral resection of prostate and given careful perioperative nursing care. Results All the patients with bladder stones were treated on one time,no residual stones. Operation time 15 ~ 45min,an average of 32min,no intraoperative and postoperative severe complications such as perforation of the bladder or bleeding. Conclusions With clear vision, and holmium laser lithotripsy is highly effective. Treatment of bladder stones with holmium laser lithoclasty by cystoscope or resectoscope sheath ureteroscopic lithotripsy. Enhanced perioperative nursing care can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
