Abstract
The spores of the Pylaisiella polyantha(Hedw.) Grout have been inoculated on the Knop,SH and N6 cultures media,and each culture medium was intercalated different pH grad,and research the germination of the spores every some time.From the observation,got the best result of the spores germination when pH is 7,8,7 in the three culture media.That indicates the spores germination of the Pylaisiella polyantha like the natral environment.The spore germination rate is the highest on the Knop culture medium when pH is 7 and the three cases are in the same time,the germination rate gets 10 percent after 72 h,and gets 95 percent after 168 h.The results show that the Knop culture medium is excellent.
