Abstract
Objective To compare the effects of imported isosorbide dinitrate(Isoket)and domestic isosorbide dinitrate(Aibei)injection on patients with angina pectoris. Methods Using a randomized single-blind design, one hundred and forty-five patients were divided into two groups. 20 mg Isoket or Aibei injection was given. Blood pressure, heart rate and Electrocardiogram were carried out after and before the two groups patients accepted the treatment. Results The response rates were 48.61% and 50.68%, and the total effective rates were 98.61% and 98.63% respectively. They both declined blood pressure and heart rate and improved myocardial ischemic there was not a significant difference between the two group( P 0.05). Conclusion Two kinds of intravenous isosorbide were equivalent in the treatment of patients with angina pectoris.
