Abstract

Objective:To observe the effects of isosorbide dinitrate combined with meglumine adenosine cyclophosphate on aged patients with angina pectoris and compare with that of isosorbide dinitrate group. Methods:A total of 120 aged patients with coronary heart disease diagnosed as angina pectoris were equally divided into isosorbide dinitrate group and isosorbide dinitrate+meglumine adenosine cyclophosphate group(combine group),and they were further divided into stable angina pectoris(SAP) and unstable angina pectoris(UAP) subgroups according to type of angina pectoris.Changes of clinical symptoms, heart rate, blood pressure and electrocardiogram(ECG) were observed after treatment. Results:In combine group, remission rates of clinical symptoms were significantly better than those of isosorbide dinitrate group(SAP:92.3% vs.76.7%,UAP:90.9% vs.72.6%,P0.05),improvement rates of ECG were also significantly higher than those of isosorbide dinitrate group(SAP:78.3% vs.62.5%,UAP:76.9% vs.61.6%,P0.05),and their time of hospital stay significantly shortened and rehospitalization rate significantly decreased than those of isosorbide dinitrate group(P0.05 all). There were no significant difference in blood pressure and heart rate between the two groups(P0.05).Conclusion:Compared with isosorbide dinitrate group, the occurrence of clinical effects is faster, effective rate is higher in combined group and above drug combine should be recommended to apply in clinic.
