Investigation on Land Requisition System and Rural Society and Economy Development of Jiangsu Province

The problems of the current land requisition system are fundamentally decided by the system circumstances centering around the features of collective land property rights.So from different perspective of land management officials and farmers,the sample investigation was conducted on the internal relations between the current land requisition system,and the rural society and economy development of Jiangsu province.The investigation content was around practice reality of land requisition system,also extensively involved in the present situation of system circumstances which were tightly relevant with the effect of land requisition system,including the institutions of land use and planning,cognition about rural collective land property rights,the farmers'production and lives.By analyzing and summarizing the relevancy,this paper also gave some specific advice on the reformation of land requisition system.
