Abstract
In order to strengthen the construction of socialism as early as 1950s,China began to implement land requisition system.With the establishment and fast development of socialist market-oriented economy,there are more and more serious conflicts between inner defect of current land requisition system and market-oriented economy.Therefore,many scholars began to study problems of land requisition system from different aspects.This paper starts with the problems of current land requisition system and summarizes the study of marketing process reformation land of requisition system from the following four aspects: rural land property rights,compensation of land requisition,law of land requisition and installation of farmers losing land,and points out drawbacks in current study and reform direction based on it.
