Clinic effect of Chinese medicine Xueshuantong injection treatment in clinnic diabetic nephropathy

Abstract

Objective To discuss the efficacy of Xueshuantong injection for clinnic diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods 30 patients with DN were randomized into two groups.15 patients in control group were treated with controlling plasma glucose with insulin and conventional therapy;15 patients in treatment group also extrally received Xueshuantong injection.Both groups were treated for 2 weeks. Rennal function,blood fat and 24-hours urine protein were detected. Results Total effective rate was 80.00%in treatment group and 53.33% in control group.As compared with control group, 24-hours urine protein,blood fat and renal function in treatment group were improved significantly(P0.05). Conclusion Xueshuantong injection may improve DN.
