The Application Effect of the Whole Course High Quality Nursing Care in Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction

Objective:To investigate the application effect of whole course high quality nursing care in patients with acute myocardial infarction.Method:60 patients with acute myocardial infarction who were treated in our hospital from February 2012 to January 2013 were selected as research subjects,they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine care measures,and the observation group was given whole course high quality nursing care measures.The nursing efficacy between the two groups was observed and compared.Result:Through the whole course high quality nursing care,length of hospital stay of the observation group was significantly shorter than the control group,the average cost of hospitalization was significantly less than the control group,treatment satisfaction rate was significantly higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion:Clinical nursing effect ofwhole course high quality nursing care of patients with acute myocardial infarction is better than conventional care,can improve the satisfaction of patients,reduce length of hospital stay and hospitalization expenses.It is worthy of clinical care application.
