Situation of Criminal Law Protection and Legislation on Copyright

The intention of criminal law legislation is to practically protect the right,maintain the well-balanced social copyright trade and commercial communication,and finally achieve the free competition conception in a fair and reasonable way.Concerning the situation of crimal law protection in China,it is necessary to put emplasis on crimal law protection of copyright because of the particularity of offending the copyright.To safeguard the socialist market economic order and ensure fair competiton,it is needed to improve our criminal copy right legislation.There are many problems in the judicial practice about this problem.The article brings forward some suggestions from five aspecfs.
