Abstract
Objective:To design an formula of ambroxol hydrochloride orally disintegrating tablets.Method: By using orthogonal design,different formula and active ingredients according to the characteristics of orally disintegrating tablets were evaluated by the effect of disintegrating behavior and time limit observed.Results: The optimal formulation composed of mannitol 30g,cellulose microcrystallisate(MCC) 50 g,hydroxypropyl cellulose(L-HPC) 8 g and sodium bicarbonate 1 g.Conclusion: The disintegrating time of the tablets meet the qualification standard,and it have superior taste and dissolution rate compared with normal tablets.
