Preparation process of ambroxol hydrochloride orally disintegrating tablet

Abstract
Aim To design the preparation of ambroxol hydrochloride orally disintegrating tablet through the study.Method Imported disintegrating agents,orthogonal experimental design prescriptions and direct compression method were used.Results The best prescription is composed of microcrystalline cellulose(imported)and mannitol(1:3),6% cross-linked polyvinylpyrrolidone(imported),0.8% citric acid as effervescent disintegrating agent,2% aspartame and 2% powder flavor.Conclusion The ambroxol hydrochloride orally disintegrating tablets in this process correct taste,disintegrate quickly and taste good.
